Job Description:
A Reservationist is responsible for guest relations, reservations and all front desk activities. Reservationists work closely with the Maintenance Technician and Head Housekeeper to ensure outstanding service is provided to all guests from the point of sale through departure. Reservationists must maintain team priorities consistent with hotel objectives and company practices.
